WARRANTY POLICY

Schwarz Kitchen garantit la qualité des matériaux utilisés et l’absence de vice de fabrication pour une période de deux ans from date of purchase from an authorized Schwarz Kitchen partner or dealer. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to repair or replace any device that does not conform to this warranty when used as intended and in accordance with maintenance instructions. Schwarz Kitchen may require original proof of purchase to verify the date of purchase. If the product is used for purposes other than those for which it was intended, or if original parts are replaced, no warranty is given. 

GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN

Schwarz Kitchen bietet eine Garantie von zwei Jahren auf Material- und Verarbeitungsfehler ab dem Datum, an dem das Schwarz Kitchen-Gerät bei Schwarz Kitchen oder einem autorisierten Schwarz Kitchen-Verkäufer oder Schwarz Kitchen-Partner erworben wurde. Geräte, die bei normalem Gebrauch und bei Befolgung der Pflegehinweise Mängel aufweisen, werden nach unserem Ermessen im Rahmen dieser Garantie repariert bzw. ersetzt. Schwarz Kitchen kann die Vorlage des ursprünglichen Kaufbelegs verlangen, aus dem das Kaufdatum hervorgeht. Wird das Produkt nicht bestimmungsgemäss oder für einen anderen als den vorgesehenen Gebrauch verwendet und werden die Originalteile ausgetauscht, besteht kein Anspruch auf Garantie.

Schwarz Kitchen guarantees that your Schwarz Kitchen device will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase from Schwarz Kitchen or an authorised Schwarz Kitchen reseller or partner. We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any device that fails to comply with this warranty under normal use and following care instructions. Schwarz Kitchen may require presentation of the original proof of purchase to verify the purchase date. Any improper use of the product or use for purposes other than those intended and the replacement of original parts shall not entitle the user to any warranty.
